Please note, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit back to the customer if they supply their own shipping label or shipping account.What other ways can I get my device repaired/serviced by MicroFix?If you near the Metropolitan area there is no need for you the customer to ship your device to MicroFix. We currently offer an on-site service for all repairs with exclusion of iPhone and Tablet Repairs for an additional $35 fee. MicroFix also provides a pick-up service at no charge to our customers, this method is used for customers who cannot drop off their device to MicroFix.How should I package my device for shipment?We recommend that you use standard packing supplies when shipping your device. This includes: bubble wrap, packing paper, packing peanuts, newspaper, padded envelopes, foam or similar items.

Not withstanding any language to the contrary, MicroFix maximum liability to Customer arising from or related to MicroFix under this Agreement shall be limited to the sums paid by Customer to MicroFix under this Agreement during the three months prior to the time the cause of action arose.TERMINATIONEither Customer or MicroFix may immediately terminate the Service upon written notice to the other party.
